Mountain-man spring cycle

Nothing big just trying to shape up and sculpt.im 267 lbs today,6’1 43 yoa,12% bf
Goal is 225-230 (easy weight to to the job I have) 6% bf
1)Hgh 8 iu Ed (using pharma and generic)
2) mast p (unitedgear 500 mg week)
3) sust 250 (united gear 1 g a week)
4) proviron (pharma 75 mg Ed)
5) t4 (200 mcg Ed pharma)
6)Cialis (unitedgear 20 mg eod)

Will drop the sust too 400 mg soon ,bump mast to 1 g
Add tren a 700 mg a week to finish off cycle before I start next phase

Contest prep or can you actually be comfortable at 6%??
I get cranky as hell if im below 12% lol I gotta eat heavy

Yes just for a week long vacation it does not bother me being that low for a little while ,I’ll get head achs and tired but that’s it ,I still like to hover around 8-10% if possible and that is easy for me my job I walk a min of 7 -12 miles Ed doing labor so I can eat crap and burn it off no problem except for feet hurting like hell 267 lbs is alot or weight on feet esp with the miles and carrying equipment

Looks like a good plan brother im always low bf % it doesnt bother me at all! I actually feel shitter the fatter i get so i keep it lean cuisine year round these days plus now that im 38 i think my skin is getting thinner too because my vascularity is ridic lately could also be United’s eq doing it too lol either way im lovin it! Great plan. I like staying lean as well I walk around with my food in my bag…am 54, I function well without cheat meals…I can’t stand being a little bloated or fater . I also teach martial arts…I love feeling athletic

I used to work commercial construction running around a jobsite all day can destroy a 5000 cal a day diet and keep you lean. I remember those days. I now get to run around inside the a/c atleast it keeps some weight on being able to stay hydrated.

Im curious do you use the cialis as a supp or a sex pill. I’ve read about using cialis to help blood flow during workouts and helping with BP is that what you are using it for or just for enjoyment?

I tried it one time as a sex aid out of curiosity more than the actual need of it and it was pharma grade…He side effects where so painful, the bloating in the upper gastric area, the dizziness, etc. I tried it a second time in a much smaller dosage and didn’t do anything for me but a little stomachache; same thing with Viagra. In general I have a very bad reaction to orals…if it’s not the stomach complaining it will be the liver.

I get fats in maby not good ones lol my metabolism is so freaking high I eat a box of cakes every night never gain a ounce of fat I just don’t include all the junk I eat in my journal,don’t wanna give anyone the idea they can eat that way too

Looking good brotha! My metabolism is revving full blast too! Ate a whole half gallon of apple pie ice cream 1800 cals friday night and woke up sat with veins running through my abs lol crazy how the body works when you are real lean and eating super clean!
