Minimizing Water Retention On Cycle

Many individuals experience feeling bloated and gaining water weight on cycle when using longer esters and some orals. Below is a simple list of things that I do that has effectively minimized the effects of water retention.

Monitor estrogen level
Limit Sodium
Increase water consumption
Increase magnesium and potassium
Take B6 daily
Avoid refined and simple carbs
Supplement with a natural diuretic

My go to natural diuretic is Irwin Naturals Bloat-Away.

I think alot of people dont focus enough on the estrogen level. They dont get regular blood work on cycle to monitor where they are and make corrections. Theres actually a good android app, Keep Track, that lets you make custom inputs and monitoring. Then you can view in a graph or export to csv all the data you input. Helps to see where you at in a cycle.
