I’ve been lucky enough to be selected to run a couple sponsored cycles to review and log for all you lovely people.
I will be updating this thread as frequently as possible. (Probably ED) (Will include training logs)(DIet updates)

9 years of training
August 14th - Low Dose Test Begins
Test E ~175mg/week (Pinned twice per week) (This is also in preparation for the TNE from UKG)
Tentative Blast Start Sept. 1st
Masteron E or P - 400mg/week
1-Test - 400mg/week
To be determined (Was planning a test, mast prop or e, anavar cycle 12-16 weeks but we’ll see)
is 6-7x a week (90-120mins). Cardio is 6-7x a week pre and post workout (20mins total)(Some days i’ll do cardio for 45-1hr)(All depends on how my body is feeling)
I rarely take rest days.
What works for me, may not work for you.
I will update the thread to show dosages used when running my cycle and make adjustments as time goes on.
I’ll plan a workout for a certain muscle group but sometimes will change my workout last minute. My workouts are based on how I feel at the gym (I do follow a protocol though)(I’ll provide detailed workouts in my updates).
Looking forward to updating this consistently and hoping to have some great experiences with some of these amazing verified sources here.
