As most of you know I love how John meadows trains. So I wanted to change things up a little bit. I watched this video which I’ll post below. I implemented his stiff leg dead lifts using the band. Holy shit my hams and glutes were on fire. Then I did his single leg lunges on smith. Rest of my workout was my stuff. For example gauntlet machine for hams. Damn that machine kicks my ass big time. Implement some of these into your next ham day. You will cuss and thank me
@phd I have and all I can say is “Fu(& Him”. My glutes and hams were destroyed. You ever try taking a crap standing up because you were to sore to squat? It don’t work.

I’ve seen gyms years ago get rid of the old reverse hyper and the sissy squat apparatus. I never did bands much until I was in a marshalls or Burlington and I picked up heavy ones and a couple different sets with 35 lbs, 65 lbs and 80. 35 bucks for everything on sale. I’m conformed… I like the way meadows finds his " spot" on exercises to get the best mind muscle connection.
