Sorry bro, what I meant is to have all of your levels checked to see what’s off. You said you still don’t feel yourself and your libido has stopped? @Fitraver chime in here once you get a chance.

well…my first main question is should i cycle off or should i stay on and is it safe to increase to 250…i jist took my last shot of 200.00…i really could careless about tbe lebido lol!! that was just something i noticed and that the test is suppose to increase or help with that i have more with the test for sure than what i had when i was low…but…still not where i would like to be…but that is minor…the lebido deal

no. will do i had appointment for blood work so will just have him check for that. if you could gove me a focal list to test for so i can get a concentrated result and if he refuses still to give me what i want i will get it elsewhere. so what tests do i need for sure that you suggest including estro test…test level…which test level is important? and what else? @fitraver

question…just for future ref…and knowledge…i get knots every now and then in my thigh and i attributed it to just bad pinning by me. and had itching…some time a bruise…but the stuff i am using is all steril i clean the area and also its prescription test from the pharmacy. so for future when i try other injectibles…what else would be a sign of bad product that is not simular to what i mentioned?

Well if you’re on trt there is no need to cycle off. If you’re having libido or ed issues I would def have your e2 checked. I would also get your lipids done jjstfor health reasons not tied to libido. You could also get cmo and CBC panel. Those are the usual ones. As for Signs of a bad product. You want it to be clean no debri at all i vial. If you pin and it ever get warm and red that’s when you need to see a doc. Hard lump may mean you just aren’t getting the oil In Deep enough.

so true story… weekends are supppsed to be my double up…yesterday i had a surprise visit and we went out …thank goodness though i stuck to soup and salad with grilled chicken and plain iced tea and water…i only manage to get my cardio session in

today i knew i had a griend coming over to teach my buddy who lives upstairs and owns the building who i also do remodelling with…my sabatager as well…how to make…PIERIOGIES…i loove pierogies but i have not had carbs like that in months! so…they invited me out to break fast and i i went had my coffee…small jiice…4 scambled eggs and for all my carb sides i got a salad…ok cool…so we got back…tbey invited me up to learn…why not…i went…was up there alll day…we made 4 different kinds and i ate NINE!..so…after freaking out internally ans sort of panic/damage control mode…i remembered one of my philosophy…if you are going to eat it…you have to earn it before bed…so i figured i looked it up…each pierogie is 70 to 80 calories…i figured ok 90 each cus i ate 9…that will be 900 calories…and up…so…i did it!..now i can rest!!

something is better than nothing all day…every day​:smiley::smiley:

today is chest day after work and cardio. and abs i have a goal to get into comfortably a waiste 36 by march 8th. As of today i will be in stepping up. still keeping my cals very low…no more than 1200 . getting the almight coffee ready lol!!

this morning i stand at 250. looking to get to 246…245 by march 8th with more muscles showing unpumped or flexing…so we will see what happens my the morning of march 8th

got in late from work. made my prework out meal couple turkey burgers. and relax a minute and hit my gym around 11 for some chest. i must have done something to my wrist when i did lat pull downs last week. been hurting under the side of my palm on my wrist on the little finger side…at one point felt like stuff cracking aroung in their…so…i will be waring my gloves with wrist straps.

ugh! well… i got some chest in…half my work out actually…got in from work late have to be up real early…i guess i will split my chest work out up…part two tomorrow…didnt get cardio in but i did very awesome on the meals…salad for lunch amd what u see above for late dinner.

on the incline…135 lbs…25 times…2 sets of those
155 lbs…20 times…2 sets of those
175 lbs…15 times…2 sets of those
120 reps total. rested 1 minute in
between each set and did 64 or 8
counta of 8 basic crunches between
each set.

on the flat bench…55lbs bar …2×35 lbs plates …2×10 lbs plates…145lbs total.
close grip. 8 sets of 12
96 reps total.
1 minute rest in between and
8 sets of 64 crunches between each
set of reps.

whats left on work out for chest is 3 exersises on cable crossover and then the seated dip machine exercise and finally tricepts. i will get part 2 in tomorrow…well…later tonigh seeing its 1 am now :rofl::rofl::rofl: i should be sleeping rest is so vital for propper results…ugh!..tough battle for sure…but as far as training goes…

something is better than nothing

man i tell u i cant make these things up…so i get home at 8…had to sit outside till 9 because the church on my block…with their random gatherings other than whats posted on their sign…was in session again…no parking anywhere…so i finally came in…earlier my sabatager was trying to pass on pierogis on me when i got home because i should put them in my freezer for when i can eat them because he has no room in his to keep them all…i said no…so just before i came in he says…oh…i put a zip lock bag of pierogis by your door. ugh!!!..these are not just pierogis…he gave me the ones we made that i called pierogicalzonesaurus!!!..see below…

oh thats not it…i guess they are making pork chops so he said oh…we are making porkchops i will bring u down some :rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:…i guess he figures if the pierogis dont get me…which i looove…then certainly tbe pork chops will…and it would be a dream if BOTH did!..

well… as much as my mouth was watering at the thought of the mighty pierogiecalzonesaurus…i put them in the freezer and stuck to my planned second meal of the day/ pre work out meal…

with coffee…i am tired as hell :rofl::rofl:

my first meal of the day was around 10 30 am…a early lunch

so now i am going to go get the second half of my chest work out in…have my glutemine and bcaa drink and go to bed!.. will post my work out in the next log in a bit

ok…so…he got me…see my buddy knows if i say no it means no…but the trick is to bring the food hot and opened…with the phrase…just taste a little piece while its hot…so i did…blacked out when i came back to consciousness…there were just bones in the foil​:rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:

but it was one baked chop…8 ounces…i feel hungry now after my gym time…i was sooo tired more than half way through…but each work out was concentrated…i so wanted to stop and go to bed…now i am awake lol!!!

so… part 2 …second half of my chest work out from monday night/tuesday midnight…

seated cable flys…50 lbs…25 times…2 sets of those
60 lbs…20 times…2 set of those
70 lbs…15 times…2 sets of those
80 lbs…10 times…2 sets of those
1 minute rest between each set and 140 reps total

crab most muscular cable flys or i call it the hulk
40 lbs…25 times…2 sets
50 lbs…20 times…2 sets
60 lbs…15 times…2 sets
70 lbs…10 times…2 sets
1 minute rest between each set and 140 reps total

cable diagonal swoop up for upper chest
40 lb…15 times…6 sets
1 minute rest between each set and 75 reps total

Tricepts press machine…50 lbs…25 times…4 sets
60 lbs…20 times…5 sets

after each set i held for 15 counts under tesnsion with elbows slightly bent counting one one thousand up to 15…then one minute rest beween each set.

200 reps total and 135 tension reps

well today was a great day on the eating no hickups…

for early lunch…


this time i just had one breast…i felt icky after i ate the second one yesterday…i was full aftr the first and like part way…less than half into the second. so today i just got one.

for my dinner just now…i pulled out my scale out of curiosity. i thought of @rnmuscle post. i was shocked…i was only going to have one turkey burger because each one i thought was atleast 6 if not 8. i made two but was going to have the other later after a light what ever work out…


those two patties a lil over 8 ounces…i am stuffed!!

i have a hard time eating many times…and i only get in two meals. my calories in take a day is really no much i would say easily under 1200.
