Food porn(prep) I mean

#1

So it’s back to basics chicken rice an broccoli

#2

I’m on
Eggs
Chicken
Broccoli
Sweet potato
Flank steak
Pork loin
Kodiak cakes and waffles
Brown rice
And more just got tired of typing lol

#3

The bison was on sale so I had to snag a few for sure.

#4

I’d love to get some bison and elk but I’ve been sticking to the basics lately.

Chicken, beef, fish, sweet potato, brown rice, yogurt, milk, oats. It’s a small list but it’s simple and inexpensive. I did just get some more venison though

#5

I do toss in a few sweet potatoes :sweet_potato: and beef :cut_of_meat: simple and inexpensive is best so I can buy more goodies online lol.

#6

I need to get some bison but its crazy expensive

#7

Yeah even on sale it was still 13 a steak

#8

Its loaded with protein but also has alot of sodium from what I have heard and I already have a hard time staying hydrated so I don’t know if it would be good for me alot but I definitely want to give it a try

#9

Bison is excellent source of protein and good fat. Want to limit how much fat you intake though it’s not the sodium. Sodium is good for us we need it. Just up
Your water intake when you consume more than normal amounts of water (pro tip lol). Also definitely cut out dairy such as milk and yogurts.

#10

I have a hard time cutting out milk and greek yogurt. Just curious what the reasoning is behind it. It’s a good source of carbs, protein and fats for inbetween meals, or at least that’s what I’ve found for myself anyway.

#11

Dairy puts a layer of fat on you. It’s good when you’re a baby but as adults milk should be cut out. We are only species that continues to drink milk after a certain age. Greek yogurt isn’t bad it has good bacteria in it we can use. I haven’t had it in years though I stay away fro dairy products except eggs

#12

I’m on whatever @PHD tells me to eat and a couple of IPA’s a week.

#13

That’s great, but research everything and other options, that benefit and work for you…

#14

I understand if you hire a coach but just like a doctor, just cause they tell you to do something doesn’t mean it’s the only way…

#15

And I say this with respect to @PHD, cause I like his legs

#16

Well if you do your own thing why waste your
Money and your coaches time??? If my client doesn’t follow
What I lay out then they are wasting their money and my time.

I even use a coach year round.

#17

I agree if you’re paying for a plan you should follow it exactly

#18

Your right, the way @siglo69 worded it confused me and I didn’t take it as you were his coach

#19

Not sure how that’s confusing lol but each his own.

#20

Here’s part of my prep for the next 2 days . I wish I could do the entire week but I lack time and effort.
