Okay went to my trt dr and of course they have a new policy where I have to checkin every 6 months now. No big deal tho that’s plenty of time. We talked about my latest bloods coming back at 800 vs 1200 like my previous two and she wasn’t too concerned because she said my free way was almost the same and is at the very high end. Guess that’s something I never really looked at before.

Anyway, I made up some bs about weighing more and working out harder and maybe that was why t was lower and got her to bump my prescription. To 220 lmao she basically does whatever I ask for. My guess why it was lower was the pharmacy just under dosed it.
Anyway, she didn’t want me to retest so… ITS BLAST TIME!!!
My abombs from PL should be here today and I’ll start them tomorrow at 25mg split wake and pre workout for first 4 weeks. I’ll be adding dhb in at 500 appt m, Th, sat and bumping my test to 500 as well split m,th … both of those for 12 weeks!
Current plan is at 4500 cals and that should be getting bumped Wednesday.
I currently weigh 192.6 this am and my goal is to get to 220-225 y end of the 12 weeks. Then cruise and POSSIBLY do a show and cut to 200 would be the end game here. We shall see tho. I have 4 weeks left with my coach then not gunna renew and just keep the bulk plans by myself. No reason to use him when all I’ll be doing is adding cals as I plateau. If I choose to compete I’ll bring him back.
Got my NAC, Tuscan and liv52 for liver. Saw palmetto for Prostate. Cialis and coq10 for bp. Nolva at 20mg ed while on the anadrol and adex will get bumped to .5ed around week 3. Mk677 at 25mg as well.
If anyone sees anything I’m missing feel free to chime in. I should prolly add some taurine for the back pumps I’ve heard suck on drol.

Underhand Chest Front DB Raises: 20x12x4 (slow focus on squeezing bicep into pec and going cross body to other shoulder)
Incline DB Flyes: 40x12x4 (6 second negative and pause stretch at bottom)
Cable Crossovers (high pulley): 45x25x3 (stand almost straight up and touch palms together straight down by crotch, squeeze like crazy at top of contraction where it is shortest)
Cable Crossovers (low Pulley): 30x25x3 (walk forward, trying to squeeze biceps to pecs and reaching palms to up out in front of face, squeeze like crazy at top of contraction where it is shortest)
Incline DB Bench Press: 80x12-15x4 (going for 10) (slow full reps all the way down, push thru chest)
Peck Deck: 145x15x4 (control negative, and push palms together at contraction for a 3 second pause squeezing like crazy) (seat all the way down and squeeze out In Front of forehead elbows by ears to hit upper chest)
Flat DB Bench Press: 85x10x4 (slow full reps all the way down, push thru chest)
Bosu Ball Push-ups: bwxfailx4
Ben Pak Standing Calf Raises: 10x10
Floor Calf Raises: bwx15x10 (done instead of resting)
Uphill Walk: 40 minutes
