A 39-year-old Annandale man was arrested yesterday (Tuesday, November 3) after the State Crime Command’s Drug Squad executed a search warrant at an Annandale address.
The man was charged with allegedly supplying greater than a commercial quantity of a prohibited drug, and five counts of supplying more than an indictable quantity of a prohibited drug.
He was granted conditional bail to appear at Downing Centre Local Court on Monday, November 23.
South Australia Police and Australian Border Force officers also arrested a 36-year-old man in Adelaide with a NSW arrest warrant for allegedly supplying prohibited drugs, and seized 18kg of powdered steroids.
He was expected to appear at Adelaide Magistrates Court today with NSW detectives applying for his extradition.
The arrests come after officers from Flemington Local Area Command seized 1000 vials of steroids which were en route to Annandale from an Adelaide address
