Not good at all! I’m a sous chef and was told to throw away all our romaine out today, now I know why! Apparently it’s all on back order from the distributors as well.

Finally! Being a cheap ass that buys iceberg lettuce has paid off!

Use spinach instead. Lettuce has no nutritional value so to speak. Spinach is loaded in vitamins and minerals

I love some spinach. I try to fit some in every day. Fresh, frozen, and sometimes canned when I’m in a rush.
