Post up your totals… Natty and out of the gym life for almost 2 years I have been slowly creeping up the #'s in my lifts…

  • BS= ??? All I do is FS @ 1RM of 285
  • BP-= Bum shoulder + 90# DB’s x 2 fucking around one day. I will never bench heavy again, sadly.
