My Sunday morning cardio

Woke at 4am on an empty stomach. Set out for a 6 mile jog but ever last 1/4 mile of each mile I sprint like a big white Cheetah lol and the last 1/4?mile sprint is up a very steep hill. Holy Shit my legs feel like rubber I could barely stand. Great fat burning technique for me.

Im gonna start getting the rest of my gym put together today so hopefully I can get me some sort of lite exercise in before I go see doctor tomorrow!
