Getting grainy now. More to go still

Right on! Whatever your doing is working for you so stick with it. I can understand your hesitation in taking up my challenge. If you can bury 10 guys in a leg routine you shouldn’t have a problem with a Deck of Cards… Or will you?!

Four suits… Four exercises PLUS joker’s… Reps determined by the face value of the card… I triple dog dare you to complete the deck with no rest in between cards.

#22

Lol I’m not an ego driven person bro that shit don’t work on me lol. Keep your deck of cards I’ll keep my knowledge and learning. Just me personally a deck of cards is like a trick. When I train I train for specific reason not just to jump from machine to machine with no goals other than just doing legs.

#23

You passing up a triple dog dare? Who does that?!

#24

I’m passing up something that makes no sense to me but hey I’m sure other UGM members may take you up on it lol

#25

I’d attempt it once just for fun and to say I did it if I thought it was even feasible at my gym. But I’d get stuck wasting more time than actually working out. I also like having a plan, not willy nilly skipping all over, but that’s just how my brain operates. So I’d have to be on PHDs side of opinions for this one.

To each their own tho. Some people love that circuit style training. Just not for me.

#26

Chocolate and chili powder makes no sense either but when combined the result is awesome… Mole! Don’t think I advising you to get off your game because you know exactly what you need to do. I am ribbing you more than anything and hope you see the humor in it.

As far as declining a triple dog dare… Only Nancy’s do that! :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

:joy::joy::joy::joy: I think I’ll stick to what works for me obviously I have big quads for a reason! I don’t gamble and I don’t play with cards. :joy::joy::joy::joy:

#28

Playing cards is not gambling… it is a game of skill.

#29

We can play 50 card pick up I go first :joy::joy::joy::joy:

#30

Bro you may lose at that one lot of bending over your your size :joy::joy::joy::joy:

#31

Fucking instigator

#32

@John just trying to show him how I would bury him in a dedicated Deck of Card leg routine. If I was a gambling man I would venture to guess he wouldn’t make it through half the deck before yelling ‘No Mas’ :v:

#33

Ha ha yup that comment you made, and he replied about that ego stuff won’t work on him, shit, it works on me

#34

Oh… you know I didn’t buy the ego statement for a minute.

#35

It works on me, ha ha, but doesn’t work WELL for me

#36

@john You ever know of a grown man turning down a triple dog dare? That is a blanket party offense where you and I come from.

#37

Isn’t lifting to improve our looks, our health and strength ego driven??

#38

Oh blanket party haven’t heard that in a while

#39

Lol you boys are funny. Keep playing with your deck of cards while I’m out winning shows

#40

Nothing could please us more Nancy.
