So about that whole taking an actual rest day thing i mentioned...... nahhh didn't happen lol. But you guys prolly could t guessed that. Neck loosened up so I hit legs again.
Man legs a second day in a row and hitting hen for 500 reps is crazy. Hobbling out is an understatement. Making he most of all these cals!

just some extra leg work, not to all out failure like usual, just picked a good weight and repped out a hugh volume day for a pump
Leg Extensions: 230x20x3 (pauses at top)
Split Squats: 30x20x3
Hack Squat: 270x20x3 (solid slow reps)
Smith Squats: 175x20x3 (wide feet, slow and low reps)
DB Lunges: 25x25x3
Leg Press: 540x20x3
Seated Leg Curls: 150x20x3 (slow full contracted reps and full extension)
Cable RDLs: 120x20x3
Seated Calf Raises: 90x20x3
Standing Calf Raises: 165x20x3
Ledge Single Leg Calf Raises: bwxfailx3
