Drop your split / routine and training on vs off cycle


Hey guys just interested in seeing everyone’s routines, i’m currently running push pull legs, thinking of maybe switching to more of a bro split now that i have respectable numbers in all the compounds etc., also do you guys change your routine when you on and off cycle due to the change in protein synthesis and other changes, as i notice a lot of naturals opt for more frequently hitting body parts and more compounds, while more enhanced guys kinda do “bro splits” and hit the body parts once a week with more volume and intensity. Of course this is highly variable and changes person to person, just interested in seeing your guys routines and thoughts on training on vs off
