I didn’t get bashed for my build they were mad because im a part of this site. They said i was a karma whore because I got almost 200 karma in 4 months. Im no karma whore I actually help alot of guys and I get karma. Its a shark tank there.
The 3 meal a day cut definitely messed me up it was probably the worst decision I’ve made in awhile with my training. I was basically starving myself down. It was stupid and all it did was hurt my training.
Now that im back to eating a decent diet instead of trying to starve myself down im still cutting up and have the energy to get a great workout in which will cut me up.
I understand the first part with having my elbows up and hitting the target area.
When you get to the hammer grip with the dumbbells I get a little lost. Your saying to keep my arm out 90 degrees with a hammer grip and then lift straight up?
I’m not catching the exact exercise your trying to explain sorry I appreciate the advise im just not catching that movement i should be doing with the dumbbells
