By the way guys, if using the free version of protonmail be sure to check your spam mail. I’ve had a few emails from @SymBiotecLab go straight to my spam box for whatever reason, didn’t notice for a couple days either.
Emails can be really hard to keep on. A client is messaging one person, while a source is having to answer and remember alot of orders and try to file in folders, then a new message reply brings it out of the folders. Its a mess when dealing with alot of emails daily.
The best way we are finding is ordering thru the website only and answering questions thru email only. This way is fastest and the person responsible for shipping can know what to expect.
Then special requests may take longer to answer.
