My kinda diet. All the carbs!! Haha crazy that he operated on literally no fat for his size. Blows the whole “atleast .3g/lb” theory out of the water.
Also has fit something I’ve always thought. There’s no need for so much damn protein. I’m even at 1.5g/lb right now and feel like that’s kinda high but I’m following my coaches plan. I also just love carbs. I’d rather have more of those.
You are right @Fitraver u only need around 5oz no mor of the 10-12oz bs of protein at a time. I’m 235 and only eat 5oz protein eat meal
Yeah I’m 188 right now and my coach hasn’t me at 300+g I personally think it’s too high. I may bring it up and see what he says. Although my carbs are already at 550+g but I’d take more hahaha
